The primary goal of LearnSteam is to develop soft skills. Converting a school bus into housing, or building an ADU, or fabricating an electric vehicle, were all considered because theses are difficult and require teamwork. LearnSTEAM embraces frustration and delights in apparent barriors. Challenges give rise to creative breakthroughs. LearnSTEAM exposes weakness and supports painful changes to strengthen all persons and activites.

Employability Skills, taught by Klamath Works, helps students match their interests and aptitudes to career options with a focus on using employment information effectively, acquiring and improving job-seeking and interview skills, composing job applications and resumes, and learning the soft skills needed to remain in and advance within the workplace. Course content includes consumer education and personal money management topics.
Construction Careers Exploration, 17001
Students are introduced to careers in the architecture and construction industry, including occupations such as carpenter, electrician, plumber, heating/air conditioning technician, safety supervisor, architect, engineer, and other occupations. Students learn the responsibilities, qualifications, work environment, rewards, and career paths within construction-related fields.
